Sheila Gibson earned her BS in Safety Management from Central Missouri State University.  Prior to earning her degree, Sheila spent almost eight years working as a production associate at a battery manufacturing facility in Warrensburg, MO.   It was her experience in manufacturing that led her to pursue a degree in safety management.  After receiving her degree, Sheila began working for the MO Division of Workers' Compensation as a safety consultant for small businesses.  In more recent years, Sheila has gained experience working in the Transportation and Public Utilites Industry, Retail and Resort Industries, and finally back in the Manufacturing Industry.

In 2005 Sheila earned her MBA from Webster University.  The confidence and knowledge she gained while obtaining her MBA, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, led to the formation of  Safety Source, Inc. in late 2005.

Sheila plans to build and grow Safety Source, Inc.  New services and features will be added regularly to meet customers' needs and to make safety compliance easier to manage.
